My little wildlife garden

I love growing plants and flowers for the wildlife to feast upon. It's wonderful to open my curtains in the morning and see all the birds eating. I have a big bird table, a hanging feeder and a bee house. And all the plants that I've chosen to grow (apart from my evergreen shrubs) were selected for their ability to feed the bees and the butterflies. I've shown a few of my favourites here, Buddleia, Echinops, Astrantia, Rudbeckia and Echinacea. I love the bright, bold flowers that they offer, even on a dull day. And I'm especially happy that in the middle of the city, I can offer wildlife a place to eat and be happy all year round. x
