Our house is tiny. We have no separate dining room, our table and chairs are in the open plan living area. Sometimes this gets me down, but then I see how others deal with the same issue. They utilize the space they do have by making that area feel separate from the rest of the room. It's what I'm trying to achieve with my own dining area. And these are the Pins that are inspiring me to make that little space special. I'm particularly in love with Up The Wooden Hills instagram feed (top image). Lisa Marie's home is tiny yet stunning. A real small space to gaze upon in wonder. Not only is this her space to eat at, it's also regularly used as a desk area for working. I love her home, it's simply beautiful.
The other three dining spaces all have something that I'm very drawn to these days, the wooden spindle back chair. I like the rustic simplicity of them. Whether they are natural or painted, they are currently top of my wishlist.
