Hello lovely people.
One of the things on our summer holiday plan was to make a nature mobile.
So when we went for our walk in the woods last week, we collected all sorts of beautiful things.
We found wild flowers.
Leaves from trees.
We pressed the flowers in between squares of greaseproof paper.
A few days later we cut shapes out of white card.
We glued the pressed flowers to the card.
Then we tied the leaves and the flower cards on to our big twig.
When we finished, we hung it in front of the window.
It was a lovely project, and we both enjoyed creating it together.
I got the idea from this genius crafting for kids blog - Made By Joel.
